オーディオ全盛時代のアンプのプリドライバ段で多用された、東芝の誇るトランジスタです。ｆＴ：２００ＭＨｚ、Ｃｏｂ：２．５ｐＦと高周波特性のいいのが特徴です。
 
ｈＦＥは私の実測で、１９５と１９６です。
