昨年はありがとうございました。

私は、みかん類が大好きで、主生産の柿栽培のそばに、「夏みかん」「早生みかん」「晩生みかん」「レモン」「ゆず」「はっさく」「水晶文旦」「はるか」「せとか」「はるみ」「でこぽん」「スイートスプリング」等々植えてあり、「水晶文旦」と「甘夏」は木が大きくなり過ぎて、自宅で食べきれないため、順次収穫し、出品させて頂いております。ーーーーー水晶文旦の収穫は終わりました。

肥料は、甘くなるように研究し、主に「馬糞」と「牛糞」のミックス、「油かす」の代わりに、近くの高級料理店で頂いた「天ぷら油の廃油」を使っております。そして、ＪＡ指導の「化学肥料」や「有機石灰」「骨粉」等も少々。

今年も無事に育ち、美味しくなりました。ーーーー新鮮さを保つために、少しずつ収穫し、少しずつ出品します。

10ｋｇ。実が大きくて、100サイズの箱に24個程度です。「隙間が出来れば、工夫して、もう少し詰めます」
