Fortunately, the contents were fine, and I don’t believe this was ZenMarket’s fault. My buy request was fulfilled fairly quickly (though I don’t remember exactly how long it took), and my packing request was completed in a reasonable time despite delays caused by the holidays. The box arrived ever so slightly dinged on the outside but the contents were perfectly safe. Because my parcel weighed over 10kg, I chose to have the box reinforced. It was incredibly solid! Each item was individually bubble wrapped. Each item was also inside of a plastic slip, with a sticker on the outside stating the item details, which made it easy to take inventory and make sure everything was inside. Sufficient paper was stuffed into the empty space to keep everything from moving around. I chose surface mail, the slowest and cheapest shipping option, and it arrived 82 days later which is faster than I expected.

A bit of warning for those with heavy orders who are worried about and need to plan around shipping costs: when subtracting the weight of the contents (10,222 grams), the box and packing material weighed 2,320 grams on their own. (Questions about box and packing material weight were the only ones they wouldn't answer.)		 Đánh giá
