TênJose Ngày25/09/2022 Quốc giaHoa Kỳ Phản hồiOutstanding shipping, a bit pricy but you get what you pay for. The figure came in perfect condition and the wrapping was top notch. Did pay for the additional support but was worth it. Đánh giá

TênHan B*** Ngày25/09/2022 Quốc giaCanada Phản hồiAmazing packaging!
Great communication from staff. And I really appreciate packaging the risky materials in the middle with the more tame items on the top of the book stack.

This is the kind of service that keeps bringing the customers back to your great service! Đánh giá

Tênjaype*** Ngày23/09/2022 Quốc giaBa Lan Phản hồiCool, everything arrived in time and it even smelled good (or i just like the smell of books (since i bought books), but the contents didnt smell like books but still very nice (unlike chinese packages that smell like nuclear reactors)) Đánh giá

TênSui N*** Ngày23/09/2022 Quốc giaHoa Kỳ Phản hồiI ordered some vitamins for my rabbit from Japan and ZenMarket answered my questions at least ten times including if they could be shipped to the US and shipping methods allowed. Communication and shipment tracking were superb! Reasonable fees and shipping and I was informed about progress all the way along. Cannot recommend more! Đánh giá

TênCM Ngày23/09/2022 Quốc giaHoa Kỳ Phản hồiNever trusting your promotions ever again. I ordered from them because I saw the promotion going on that I can huge savings for shipping the item through zen express. But lo and behold when the time came to pay for the shipping the price for it was virtually the same with the discount of only 54¥. After talking to them they sarcastically told me that the discount was “up to” 60% off, really proud of misleading your customers huh zenmarket? They told me everything was out of their control, then why have the promotion in the first place then?? Mind you this happened when my parcel met the perfect requirements to be eligible for a zen express shipping! Just follow the steps and get scammed!! Đánh giá
