DHL Express - Excellence. Simply delivered.

First time getting duty tax payment.

Make sure to clearly label the paperwork on the incoming parcel with the below details for customs to see 🛃 - unfortunately most of the time the sender / proxy won’t do this.
_
Alternatively when customs contact you to pay the customs charge, check how much tax has been calculated, if it’s 20% this is wrong, it is 5%, contact your shipper and give them the correct details below. I found FedEx are the best for dealing with this.

- Correct Duty taxes : 5% (not 20%)
- Tariff Code : 9701910000**
- Customs Procedure Code : 03001

TênGrzeg*** Ngày21/09/2024 Quốc giaBa Lan Phản hồiUnfortunately Zenmarket has lazy or malicious packers.
Instead of a package close to 2ooo grams, they pack 1275 grams
and reject the remaining items.
Negative rating for packers. Đánh giá

TênViv Ngày20/09/2024 Quốc giaHoa Kỳ Phản hồiItems were packed well, arrived exactly as they were pictured in the listing! Plenty of bubble wrap/protective wrapping, the items were secure and could not move about in the box during shipment, making it so that nothing arrived damaged. Đánh giá
