TênElixe*** Ngày01/08/2026 Quốc giaPhilippines Phản hồiSome of my anime figures' boxes were crumpled but this is the first time this happened to me. All of my previous parcels were delivered in perfect condition.

Not sure if it's because of the courier, since it's also my first time using the EMS option. I hope this won't happen again. However, overall the service is still good. Đánh giá

TênWREST*** Ngày01/08/2026 Quốc giaHoa Kỳ Phản hồiHey, little late on this one, but I wanted you to know you guys did a very good job when it came to making sure the package was safe and secure. Shipping internationally is difficult, but even moreso when the box is full of glass. The ¥1000 was well worth the cost of safe passage.

TênAZ Ngày31/07/2026 Quốc giaRomania Phản hồiPerfect packing and shipping as always! While the customer service continues to be annoyingly useless and intervening with zero solution messages that make one angry as hell, the rest of ZenMarket staff does its job with utmost care, for which I am ever grateful - the warehouse personnel is simply wonderful, you can definitely count on Japan people and I bow to you! Arigato! Đánh giá
