It seems this was not from transit to me either because the broken part wasn't loose but packaged separately. I can't be sure whether it was a lack of transparency from the seller in their item description or if it got damaged at the warehouse but it's disappointing considering the cost. Other than that, the my items were well padded and there was nothing missing or any other major issues. Puan
