FeedbackUPS was a bit of a nightmare. This was the second time I've used it and the first time I ran into an abusive "brokerage fee." All in all, UPS charged me nearly $80 USD, and on top of this was ¥46k from ZenMarket. This had nothing to do with customs. It was just outright abuse by UPS. Never again. |

FeedbackI had already paid for customs and VAT but that had apparently not been marked down so I had to pay for them again when the package arrived in my country. So that’s upsetting. The packaging was good as usual though. |

FeedbackSecond time using Zenmarket’s service, this time for a much larger (2.5 pounds!) package. I had quite a few different items… and it was abundantly clear that those who consolidated my package took extra care to consider which items would go best together to ensure no damage in shipping.
Very well packaged, arrived on time, and all contents are in the condition I expected to receive them in. In addition, the numerous campaigns saved me nearly 100% of my shipping cost.. couldn’t be happier! I have already started my next batch of orders with Zenmarket :-) |
