FeedbackParcel arrived in time, packing this time was not correct, as the handles should be turned into the in-sides of the bags, rather than place on the out-sides of the bags, as it has left handle markes on the leather on the out-side of the bags, really hard to correct the indents. Other-wise Zen offers a great shopping experience. Contact/support staff have amazing contact skills and responses, they go the extra lenght to make shopping an amazing experience, they make ZEN -Market a great company, well done |

I found the experience easy with good communication. The packaging and care is excellent.
I would gladly use the service again. They have a rewards points system and specials so you can save on shipping costs.
Overall this is a tier 1 company to use for freight forwarding Japanese goods overseas. |
