FeedbackOrder was hastily packaged and multiple discs were loose. This is now the third time this has happened. Is it that hard to competently bubble wrap these items. This is all despite additional ¥1000 reinforcement and a parcel request to make sure that these items were secured. |

FeedbackPackage contained about 200K JPay of rare posters. Original mailing tubes were removed and discarded despite my selection of protective packaging. This seems to be a recent change. Posters were all lumped together in the center of the box with no separation between them. Way too much bubble wrap was used to the point the box would burst open if not for the tape. Some of the tape came off due to the pressure and the protective side cardboard was flapping around as a result.
Absolutely awful packing compared to what they have given me in the past. This is the second experience but the damage was not as extensive as the prior shipment.
I would not recommend Zenmarket going forward. |
