Or at least putting extra bubble wrap randomly within the box itself. They used to do great for fragile items. Took time to determine damage was there fault, but no insurance coverage since claim came in after 14 days. I won't be trusting Zen Market in the future, I'm VERY disappointed in their customer service and taking care of their customers. To put it simply - piss poor customer service - complete negligence occurred here. Very disappointing! Brett L. Rating
