FeedbackWhy did you ignore my request to pack the spinning rod in a tube smaller than 9cm in diameter? You’ve accommodated similar requests in the past, even when the rod case was large. My friend and I regularly order from you, and you even managed to pack his 82MH-X rod for 7,700 yen.
I’ve been using your service because it used to be more cost-effective, but now I don’t see any advantage over your competitors. Your recent packaging added over $100 in extra shipping costs for me.
How am I supposed to stay loyal under these conditions? |
