I paid for extra parcel reinforcement on my most recent parcel and the extra protection given exceeded my expectations since I only needed and asked for smaller things in a small box inside the main package to protect from a larger and heavier item. The trinocular head should have been separated from the main body, which was not done either. Has spoilt the grooves! The Main Body itself was not placed flat causing it to be chipped at the edge where it took most pressure during the transport/transit! There was no sign saying which side is up!
