FeedbackFirst time using Zenmarket, to try new proxies other than my usual (FromJapan).
Zenmarket isn't able to shop on Mercari, Fril, and other places but for places like Zozotown it's very nice.
Order placed in a timely manner, packed and shipped with care. Will be using again in the future. The fees are very fair I think. |

FeedbackWaited about 3 months before the package arrived, though I knew surface mail took a while so I wasn't concerned. The box came in and the contents were neatly wrapped in bubble wrap. Everything seemed secure and unscathed in its journey from Japan to Texas. I'll definitely be using their services in the future. |

FeedbackZenMarket once again did a great job packing my items.
Even though UPS didn't handle the parcel too carefully, and there were holes in the cardboard, everything arrived intact.
However, I am a bit disappointed of UPS service. The price was very high, the customs fees were higher than if a parcel of the same value was handled by postal services, and the UPS website to pay the fees in advance did not even work correctly. It also took them a week, instead of 2-4 days to deliver the parcel. |
