Zenmarket has always impressed me but I had to leave a review after my latest package because I was so impressed. Excellent communication as always, the staff went out of their way to pack my items the best way possible so I wasn't paying massive fees for box room I didn't need. On top of that everything was wrapped SO well and every item was given attention and care. Zenmarket is my number 1 shopping service I use every time I want something from Japan. They are so wonderful and easy to use, thank you Zenmarket! 		Rating

Much faster than other proxy services I've used. Packing for shipment is also fairly fast and communication is great. My only gripes are having to change carrier type in order to see quoted shipping prices for other carriers, and costs are a bit inaccurate compared to the calculator even with the exact parcel dimensions and weight they provide. Sent ZenMarket an email to advise that the watch wasn't working.
By the time ZenMarket advised the seller that the item was faulty, it was over 7 days since the purchase.
Seller refused a refund for the cost of repairs $AUD 44.
ZenMarket refused a refund as it isn't their problem (apparently).
I've decided to withdraw all funds in my Zen Market account and never use their service again.		 Rating

So far I have no major complaints about Zen Market's services, although sometimes response to queries can be further improved. Their packing is meticulous. I usually order tea, dry food, books and ceramics through ZM, and everything was well packed. Never had any damages except once but that could have been caused by movement during transportation and delivery. Just want to thank the team for providing their services during a time when I couldn't make my yearly trips to JP. While waiting for the Japanese travel restrictions to ease, I look forward to physically shopping there again. But I believe I'd still continue to use ZM services for certain items because it's really convenient and easy. So keep up the good work, ZM! Rating

Communication is extremely well done. Pictures sent on request. You will not see any better packaging else where. Box reinforcement is very worth it. Items are all individually packaged, and bubble wrapped.

I am extremely happy with the service I have received. Thank you to all the hard working employees that make sure my goods get delivered in pristine condition.		 Rating
