FeedbackThe ZenMarket team had great communication. They responded to all my questions and answered promptly, usually within 24h. My package was well protected and packaged compactly. I used the UPS shipping option which takes 2-6 days. To my surprise, I got my package just 1 day and 19 hours after I paid for the shipping. I couldn't believe it, I'm in the USA and this thing came all the way from Japan!! The shipping cost was very reasonable considering I order 3 heavy-ish game books (weighing a total of 2770g) and this was fast international shipping. |
