FeedbackI have ordered vinyl from US, Great Britain, and Japan. You would think, given the travel distance and package management, that US packages would be in the best condition, but you would be mistaken. US packaging is basically a game of chance: 3/10 a package is damaged, 1/10 an item inside the package is damaged. I used to pay for expedited delivery for better packaging, but I stopped doing so as it is a waste of money.
I've ordered from Zenmarket 3 times, this order being my 2nd and largest order (6 vinyl items, a total of 12 records, one is a boxset). Given my experience with packaging in general, I was not too hopeful my package would arrive without a fair bit of beating. But the first package from Zenmarket made me feel slightly otherwise.
My package arrived 3-4 days after payment (over weekend). Japan to East coast US, astonishing. My package box looked like it was reinforced to survive a nuclear war, an option I didn't pay for, but was done regardless. The items inside? Immaculate, as if I had taken them straight from the store to my house. All 6 collections. This is one of the few boxsets I have with 0 dents and 0 seam splits. I've ordered from Square Enix US and have had dented boxsets.
If you are a foreign buyer and are worried about your Japanese vinyl product packaging, heck, probably ANY Japanese product, get your stuff ordered through Zenmarket.
Lastly, I'd like to thank the staff that handled my purchase at Zenmarket. I asked about 7 questions for this order, and they were all answered within 24 hours, and answered succinctly and to my expectations. Incredible customer care, something lacking at times in the US. You have a customer for life. |
