FeedbackI had a bad experience with them before. They blamed a typhoon and a holiday in Japan for the delay in my order. So I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, it has become evident that their service is disappointingly slow. I placed an order from Mercari through them on the 5th, and although the seller sent it on the 7th, it's been four days, and the item still hasn't reached their warehouse. This is almost the same amount of time it takes for an item to reach me from Japan using EMS. What's even more frustrating is the additional wait I'll have to endure once it finally arrives at their warehouse. I'm seriously not gonna use their service again, and I'm beginning to doubt if the people behind it are based in Japan. Unfortunately, this experience I've had with this company does not meet the level of service that you would typically expect from a company that claims to be located in Japan. |
