FeedbackZenMarket packing is usually very good. Express shipping is slower than AVIA small packet, but there never seems to be any customs delay. I've never had any customs charges either using Express. |

FeedbackUPS was a bit of a nightmare. This was the second time I've used it and the first time I ran into an abusive "brokerage fee." All in all, UPS charged me nearly $80 USD, and on top of this was ¥46k from ZenMarket. This had nothing to do with customs. It was just outright abuse by UPS. Never again. |
