FeedbackPackaging impeccabile, non mancava nulla ed era tutto ancora ben sigillato.
Unica pecca, le tempistiche di spedizione, EMS ~7 Giorni, ci ha messo il doppio del tempo, anche escludendo l'1 e il 6 gennaio, il tracker si è aggiornato dopo 16 giorni passati con l'ansia di aver perso il pacco negli sfortunati eventi sismici e con l'incidente aereo all'aeroporto OSAKA INT.
Nessuna mail per segnalare il ritardo della spedizione.
Tolto questo ritardo il resto del servizio merita 4 stelle piene per velocità nell'acquisto e nella preparazione del pacco, per la qualità di quest'ultimo e nella varietà di store da cui poter acquistare i prodotti dal Giappone. |

FeedbackShipped a day after paying and came fast. I'm glad Zenmarket packed the stuff well because it was all pretty cold temp wise and some snow I think came into contact with the box. The box though was really sturdy and everything was good. Been using these guys since 2018. |

FeedbackIn an order with multiple cards, for some reason they taped down one of the cards in such a way that it arrived damage. They clearly know how to package cards, not sure why they decided to do this. |

FeedbackThe rod was broken on the tip but was fixed with a peace of solid tip inside.This is tubular tip rod so this peace has no place there.Someone just fix it so can be sold. |
