I had been slightly worried about some mugs I had ordered, but they wrapped them nicely and reinforced the edges of the box so well that they arrived in one piece. Thank you so much! FeedbackParcel didn't arrive at time of writing after 3 months. It got somehow stuck in customs despite VAT being paid up front, and the supposed investigation opened by Zenmarket hasn't given any signs of life for over a week now.
Support took multiple back and forth before they acknowledged the information I had provided on first contact as if they were following a script and had ignored the entirety of the ticket aside from some keywords. Honestly, even the ¥500 per-item fee is too expensive for this level of service. |

FeedbackWhile items were well packed, Fedex charged me for an extra "handling fee" despite all VAT being paid up front.
Contacting Zenmarket support ended up with me being told to just talk it out with Fedex. Avoid using the Fedex option if at all possible. |

Feedbackthanks ZenMarket for taking special request into account when packaging this particular parcel. This package came with damaged corners on all sides and one corner smashed to the point it was flat. But everything inside was safe without any damage. |
