FeedbackItem was packed extremely well however I cannot recommend ECMS Express due to poor handling from SpeedX, the private carrier that finalizes delivery once it enters the USA. It's way too risky and they have a very bad reputation for losing packages. It is not worth the stress. Regardless, my experience with zenmarket has been incredible. 10/10! |

FeedbackSome of my anime figures' boxes were crumpled but this is the first time this happened to me. All of my previous parcels were delivered in perfect condition.
Not sure if it's because of the courier, since it's also my first time using the EMS option. I hope this won't happen again. However, overall the service is still good. |

FeedbackHey, little late on this one, but I wanted you to know you guys did a very good job when it came to making sure the package was safe and secure. Shipping internationally is difficult, but even moreso when the box is full of glass. The ¥1000 was well worth the cost of safe passage.
