الملاحظاتTerrible customer service. Good luck getting an actual answer out of them that isn't a boiler plate one. I asked about items that were estimated to have arrived a week ago and was told there was no updates when said items estimated shipping time had been updated earlier that day. When asked multiple times to address this discrepancy, I was given the runaround and eventually told different variations of "actually that's not a delay and they're arriving on time uwu" despite that being untrue. Items still haven't arrived. I assume these items are a lost cause. As soon as I ship my remaining order out I will *never* be using them again. |
