The staff were happy to answer some initial queries I had as to how the buying process would work. The buying process itself went smoothly and was clear at every stage. Adding money to my account was easy and the fees involved were clearly explained. A wide range of delivery options allowed me to balance cost with time. Being new to the service I asked a few questions and always got helpful answers back very quickly. I then purchased the item and was kept updated every step of the way. They went above and beyond on the requested photo service. I was nervous about using the service at first, especially as it was my first time and was a high value product but I am so happy that I did.
