الملاحظاتGood service initially, I thought, but turned out to be very poor service when things don't go to ZenMarket's liking.
Uncooperative the entire way, ZenMarket refuses to work with you to resolve a situation. If it comes to a PayPal dispute, they will fight you the entire way there too, and if PayPal actually decides in your favor, ZenMarket will consider it a violation of their policy, lock your account and force you to pay the amount back before allowing you to get your items, holding whatever items you may have ordered hostage until you do.
Be careful when considering using ZenMarket; If *anything* happens they don't like, they will fight you all the way, try to steal from you, and ignore any law or policy other than their own to take as much from you as possible, blaming you the entire way.
It's a very sad, disappointing and shameful experience to deal with, and I don't wish this upon anyone else. Be careful, think twice. |
