الملاحظاتThe package arrived safe and sound. I am so happy to get the cat Bachira and the cat Isagi & Bachira duo keychains. I love the Re:Shazam designs of the Blue Lock characters a lot. I am keeping the duo one while I am giving the single Bachira cat to my fiance. |

الملاحظاتAs a first order, I feel that it went very well. The customs/import fee/tariff did add a chunk to the shipping, but overall I’m happy with my purchase. It was packed very well and my new (to me) bass guitar arrived in pristine condition. I’m looking forward to the next parcel that is currently being packed!
Thank you, ZM Team! |

الملاحظاتDevastated absolutely horrified on how my deliberate damaged rod tube arrived and a broken irreplaceable rod inside it, I’ve lost faith in DHL or whoever it was that sent my purchased item in the state it was arriving here to my residence I’m so disgusted to my stomach on what I witnessed yesterday |

الملاحظاتRelevantly smooth experience, however it’s difficult to get to the first order on the website without reaching out to Customer Support. Too many grey zones that you have to research separately before placing the order The prices are also pretty high - to receive something from Japan you have to pay twice the price of the order itself (not all of this depends on Zenmarket, but the outcome matters). Otherwise, the packaging is solid (at least with extra 1000¥ I paid), the support team is very helpful and replies quite fast. The variety of payment methods is also solid. Thank you! |
