الملاحظاتSuper well packaged! I rarely receive a package that hasn't let the contents get some minor nicks (speaking in general—I haven't used proxies before). But all package contents were absolutely pristine upon arrival, and so well packaged I couldn't imagine they'd have any chance of being damaged at all. When choosing a proxy I wasn't looking for the cheapest option, but for a company that would treat my package with the most care. I ended up choosing zenmarket because they seemed popular with customers, even though they were among the cheapest options, so I was a bit sceptical at first. I'm honestly blown away with the excellent customer service, helpfulness, tailoring, flexibility, and quality provided at such an affordable price! The dialogue with customer support is a little unusual in how available and direct it is. I had a few issues when using the service, but they were quickly resolved with customer support, which often reached out to me with the issue directly instead of me having to realise the issue myself and, in turn, contact support. The only complaint I have is that you can't easily rely on browsing stores solely through zenmarket; sometimes the search fails (due to overload of requests or whatever), often images are missing, and I think it would be helpful to have an option to turn off the automatic translations (without viewing the entire site in Japanese). Very happy with my purchases and your service! I'll be more than happy to return to zenmarket, and I would definitely recommend it to others. |

الملاحظاتthe best and carefull carbord box shipping wrap of the goods that I've yet encounterd (the 1000Yen extra was worthit).
Otherwise (except other sellers) the goods was exctly like in the picture and most importantly worcking as decribed!
Not so cheap as it appears at a first impresion because of shipping & import costs but the seller and the goods (for more "exotic" products) worth 5* |

الملاحظاتI have bought a fishing rod on Yahoo Auction, at first I was unhappy about the shipping costs however when I received my package I was really impressed by the quality and the care of the packaging, Zenmarket Team was very supportive all along customs clearance procedure, I ordered around 20 packages now and I can only recommend their service, thank you very much for a well dobe job ! |
