الملاحظاتThe warehouse services (packing & shipping) are absolutely the best in the business. However, the Customer Services are the worst, because ZM keeps using outsourced, which is not from Japan, so they are ABSOLUTELY INNEFECTIVE and COMPLETELY USELESS if you have a real problem. |

الملاحظات The staff of ZenMarket are awesome. My parcel arrived safely after customer support helped get the package unstuck from being in-transit. I have used this proxy service for over four years and they have never been below superior! Thank you again for the amazing service. |

الملاحظاتThe warehouse services are excellent as always, just perfect! Packing and shipping are done with outmost care and speed. Unfortunately, the Client Services inability to solve even the simplest of issues is at its worst, because that is an outsourced service by ZenMarket. |
