الملاحظاتReceived yesterday a parcel sent by sea mail. The packaging is just terrible, it has only a small piece of bubble wrap and a few crumpled newspapers. I can’t understand if the manufacturer and distributor (https://medicos-e-shop.net) or Zenmarket workers are to blame. In any case, if the parcel arrived in a warehouse like this, it needs to be repacked more securely, especially if it is a fragile and expensive collectible. Fortunately, the product was not damaged, but the box has a small dent. |

الملاحظاتArrived quickly and safely! I've been with this service for years and I'm always blown away by how carefully Zenmarket packs parcels and individually wraps every single item, even if they are not delicates. The attention to detail is what makes me keep coming back. (≧◡≦) Thank you so much, this package made me so happy and seeing all the care poured into it makes my day. Looking forward to ordering more! |
