الملاحظاتPretty good service and I got my plush faster than expected! I just wish that the shipping fees and everything were more upfront rather than having to pay bit by bit every time. |

الملاحظاتAnother wonderful package from ZenMarket! We ordered a variety of items, large and small, and we appreciate how carefully and accurately all of our items were packed! Also, the ZenMarket team was especially helpful with proxy ordering items for us, and we appreciate the work they put in to ensure that the correct versions were purchased per our special request. Everything was in perfect condition and extra special care was taken to ensure all items were packed securely. Thank you ZenMarket! |

الملاحظات“It’s so bad, I wanna give you zero stars but that’s not possible, so I’ll give you a 1 star”. Basically, I wanted a like 13 dollar Pokémon plush so I did the whole paying process. Unfortunately, the plush ended up getting sent back early in the shipping process. Zenmarket did not notify me of this I had to check myself. Once I confronted them, they asked me to pay shipping, packaging, and everything else twice if I wanted the plush. Customer service told me there was some unexplained issue shipping to my address the first time and advised me to pay again. They say I needed to contact the shipping service they use for a chance at a discount. I found it really silly Zenmarket couldn’t do this themselves especially since that shipping or packaging service was Japanese and I didn’t wanna go through that whole process of communicating like that. When I asked zenmarket if they can confirm my address is right and that can reship to it they said everything looks good on our end and this is a viable address, but we still cannot confirm it will ship. Anyways I ordered with the same exact address, because the plush I bought was no longer being sold and skyrocketed in price and boom it worked this time. Anyways I spent like 80 something dollars for a 13 dollar plush. The cherry on top of everything is they said they can offer me a discount and when I asked for what the discount was they said that was a typo. You really can’t make this stuff up bro, thanks zenmarket :) |

الملاحظاتWell packed, though there was a lot of extra bubble wrap and air space in the package that likely made shipping more expensive. |

الملاحظاتIt came really fast, thank u so much zenmarket!!! i’m really happy with this service. I was surprised with how much protection was given with my parcel, even thought it’s just a plush. The card-y tag attached wasn’t damaged one bit
This is my first time using a proxy, and it was a good first experience. |
