الملاحظاتEverything arrived in perfect condition, as always before. Great packing and the same attention to details that ZenMarket is known for since the first parcel. Thing is, my reviews posted on TrustPilot got removed, because they were so positive, they got removed by their team, they couldn't conceive they were 100% true and accurate. Thanks again, ZM! |

الملاحظاتI ended up diving into the deep end right off the bat, and I gotta say, after receiving my box with no special instructions, everything was packed very well, everything got the same attention to detail. Chose a mid-tier shipping option and it arrived in 2 days (as does everything I order from Japan for some reason).
I am extremely happy for the service ZenMarket provides, and I'd like to thank each and every person who processed and packed all of my items. |

الملاحظاتI was wondering why the consolidation process was taking longer than usual, and I also thought that perhaps the price of shipping had gone up when I saw the rates. All my items were in a flat rectangular box that was then put into a much bigger square box excessively filled with used bubble wrap. You could tell the bubble wrap was used b/c there was still washi tape, masking tape, or stickers that read "fragile" stuck to it. There were also lots of empty bubble wrap bags that were torn inside it too. I think these might've been packing materials from other customers' previous orders. There was even two foam peanuts inside that didn't provide any sort of meaningful function either.
There was no reason not to just send me the flat rectangular box since all my items were already in there. I can't understand why they decided to put that box inside a much bigger box before shipping it. It feels like ZenMarket made me pay for extra shipping by sending this much bigger and heavier box filled with their used bubble wrap garbage. I don't mind if packaging is excessive to protect the products, but this excess bordered on malicious intent. It felt like they didn't know how to dispose of their excess packing material, so they sent it all to me and even had the gall to charge me extra for it!
I can't attach photos here, so I'll probably have to share it on social media later to show just how much trash they sent me. I've never been angry at ZenMarket before, but when a company repeatedly emails me to say how much they appreciate and care for their customers only to go and do something like this... It reeks of insincerity! You crossed a line! |

الملاحظاتI was worried about packing so many heavy magazines in one package, but they were all arranged and packed in so neatly! I didn't even have to separate them into two different parcels like I thought I would have to. I'm very satisfied with it! |

الملاحظاتThis was my first time using Zemarket. I was a little weary at first, but as I looked further into it, I realized just how easy it is to use. Shipping time was very fast, and the process of making the parcel was very convenient. It's nice how they give you time to make the payments as the items are stored in their warehouse for a month. I will be using Zenmarket again. |
