الاسمEmma	التاريخ01/06/45	الدولةكندا	الملاحظاتSOOO AWESOME!! This was the coolest experience I've ever had with ordering from Japan, the packaging was very nice as well, I almost felt bad for opening it! You just found yourselves a new zen customer :)	التقييم 5 out of 5	التتبع
الاسمnonam***	التاريخ01/06/45	الدولةألمانيا	الملاحظاتNegative: 1. Scaming/stealing money from shipping is high risk / potential. Staff can input wrong dimension to finalize the shipping fee. For example dimension 30 cm x 45 cm x 20 cm can be inputed to 30 cm x 45 cm x 220 cm. It will be increase the shipping fee from normal to 10x and the actual weight also can be advance, so the shipping fee can increase also. No clear / transparent methode to measure it. 2. Approval time for some case or edit the package takes so long since the time different between customer and the internal staff. It can take 24 - 48 hours until the case can be read by the staff. 3. Some CS does not understand the case to resolve the problem. Positive: The protective packaging is really good and handle with care. Free to take product photos is also a plus.	التقييم 3 out of 5	التتبع

الاسمTamar***	التاريخ29/05/45	الدولةأستراليا	الملاحظاتI am beyond happy with my parcel! This is my first time ordering from Zen Market and the whole process was easy. From finding what I wanted (which was the Tabby 26 in black brand new) to paying for it to getting it shipped to me internationally. It was also packaged so well and with a lot of care. I'm already on the hunt for my next item with Zen Market. Thank you so much! I shall shop again soon x	التقييم 5 out of 5	التتبعإظهار الصفحة
