I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the response I received from your staff member, Liubava, regarding the delay of my shipment.
I clearly explained that the delay was caused solely by an internal mistake and miscommunication within DHL. However, the response I received appeared to be a generic template stating that delays are expected in international shipping due to customs or clearance procedures. This explanation does not apply to my case and suggests that the shipment details were not properly reviewed.
The shipment arrived at the local DHL facility, completed customs inspection and clearance, and was sent out for delivery within an acceptable timeframe. DHL also attempted delivery to my address. However, the driver returned the shipment to the local DHL facility because of an internal communication error within DHL. Therefore, the delay was not related to customs clearance or international shipping procedures.
I have already raised this concern with ZenMarket and expected the matter to be reviewed carefully. Receiving a general automated-style response without addressing the specific facts of the case is neither helpful nor professional.
Please review the shipment timeline and my previous correspondence properly, and provide a clear response that directly addresses the actual cause of the delay. I also request that this issue be formally raised with DHL, as the delay resulted from the actions of their staff. |

الملاحظاتFirst, compared with Buyee, it takes much more time for every step: purchasing, delivery to the warehouse, and shipping from the warehouse. Second, I paid 26,334 JPY for the item with a 12% discount, but the invoice and the parcel do not include the discount and show the full value of 29,925 JPY. In Ukraine, you have to pay customs duties if a parcel costs more than 150 EUR (around 27,000 JPY). That means the parcel will get stuck at customs, and I’ll need to prove that I paid less than the declared amount. It’s really disappointing. |
