Most of the items I ordered were small (keychains) and paper-based (photocards and tickets) but they were packed with care that the items arrived in good condition.

الملاحظاتArrived safely, but honestly, ECMS shipping is sort of confusing.
It took me a while to realize the "Delivery ID" could be entered into USPS for me to see proper domestic tracking info; it was a little worrisome seeing "Shipment is in Transit within the carrier‘s network" for a few days without realizing this.
I will be using ZenMarket in the future :) |

I can confidently recommend your services to everyone and I have to be really sure about something - when I want to recommend it to people!
I will be shopping from Japan with you only, I have used a different service for the same needs - but they can’t compare in comfort and confidence they provide their clients with - with Zenmarket! I got 3 Luxury Chloè bags and one was not in stock while I was charged- and ZenMarket fixed it very quickly by refunding me my money! The other two bags came perfectly packed, quick enough, the delivery prices were relatively affordable in comparison to other less client-friendly services!
