الملاحظاتI am writing to express my disappointment regarding the packaging of a magazine I purchased. Upon receiving the magazine, I was frustrated to find that it had been rolled during shipping. Given that this magazine was quite expensive, I expected it to be packaged with care to prevent any damage. The rolling has resulted in creases and left the product in a less than satisfactory condition upon arrival, which is disappointing for an item of that value.I believe that proper packaging is essential, especially for delicate items like magazines. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue and provide me with a response. Please refrain from attributing this issue to the way you receive it from the Japanese seller, as I believe that as a shipping company, you should know better. |

الملاحظاتJust as amazing as my last parcel from ZenMarket. Everything was beautifully packaged with meticulous care and effort with absolutely no damage to any of my items whatsoever. Customer support has always been amazing and it arrived in a superbly prompt manner. I love ZenMarket. Out of all the proxies I've used before, this one has been the most seamless and reliable. Thanks! |

الملاحظاتThe shipping time was super fast! While the parcel itself was badly damaged in a corner, the item inside was perfectly fine. Not to mention, the bottom of the parcel was reinforced to accommodate for the weight of the item. Wonderful service as always! |
