Really friendly and courteous service, great expectation setting in terms of time to receive, prepare and ship the items. Item arrived really well packaged via UPS and a day sooner than originally scheduled. Perfect, thanks guys, really appreciate your help and for answering my numerous questions! |

Geri BildirimA) The shipping proccess is very well organized, there are many shipping options available!
B) Items were arranged perfectly inside my shipping box, as requested the heaviest items were placed on the bottom. The space was absolutely optimized within the box.
C) It took ZenMarket about 3 days to select and pack my items: I had about 30 items selected for shipping, but only about 20 did fit in due to the weight restriction. ZenMarket perfectly maxed out the weight to an ideal 5980g (yes, I did re-weigh the box once I got it!).
D) Once dispatched my box took only about a week to arrive at my home. The shipping option I had selected was "DHL Direct". Within Japan the box ships thru DHL e-commerce, once it arrives overseas it continues with the local post office.
E) All items arrived in perfect condition - even though the shipping box was slightly compressed and had a few nicks on the corners.
F) I have only one criticism: One item (I used my fingernails to open the shipping box) that was in the center of the box had a knife-opening cut on its case and the shrinkwrap, but not on the bubble wrap applied around it (INFINITE Paradise Repacked, this album was part of ahl12 set). This damage was probably caused when removing the item from the seller's original shipping box? Please be more careful when opening arriving orders and if possible avoid using cutters or knives. I would have liked to attach a photo here for you to see, but there is no attachment option available.
G) I am looking forward to trying another available shipping option on my next shipment: "FedEx Standard Parcel" with a reinforced extra shipping box. More about this on my next feedback!
