The staff were happy to answer some initial queries I had as to how the buying process would work. The buying process itself went smoothly and was clear at every stage. Adding money to my account was easy and the fees involved were clearly explained. A wide range of delivery options allowed me to balance cost with time. I am happy with the received product and the services rendered by ZenMarket, and will surely return should I ever need to find particular Japanese products that are rare or hard to source in the West.
