However, an item that I had intended to cancel was still included in the order. It may have been my mistake not to double-check the payment page, assuming the item had already been removed. That said, the checkout process is confusing, and there should be a clearer solution to prevent such misunderstandings.
The inspection process takes a little bit longer than expected. In addition, there should be a clear page where customers can see which items have been canceled, or receive a clear confirmation that an item has been successfully removed. |
