Geri BildirimI took a leap of faith and I'm really glad I did! I'm very happy with the trustworthy service provided by Zen Market. The item I ordered could only be done during a specific time window and was a limited production. There wouldn't be a way to reorder if there was a problem and it had to be order 4 months in advance. Everything went smoothly, Zen Market communicated with me during the entire process and kindly answered my questions as needed. If you're thinking about ordering something special, but have worried about using Zen Market, you don't have to. Go for your happiness! |

Geri BildirimThis is my first time using Zenmarket, and while I was nervous at first about using this proxy, I was absolutely delighted with the results! Their customer service was very helpful whenever I had questions, and as long as you are patient (give or take about a day) they will answer your inquiry the best that they can. Although shipping was much slower than expected (I used ZenExpress Standard), I received my package in the end after about a month. Every single item arrived in perfectly good condition and was packaged securely. I think I will look forward to using them again in the future. Thank you! |

Geri BildirimThis was my first time bidding on a Yahoo Japan auction using ZenMarket (I've done shopping with them before). The process is a little bit more complex but did work really well. Truly, they make the process pretty easy, just follow their event prompts. And of the two auctions I was bidding on I won one and lost the other, so I got to see what the experience was like in both cases. Will definitely use them again to bid on YJ auctions. |
