Geri BildirimThe package arrived in poor condition. As you can see in the photo, there’s a hole in the box through which the contents are visible. Parcel contains items which are easily damaged, but there were no “fragile” sticker on the package. It’s good that nothing was damaged. |

Geri BildirimThe fishing reel advertised by the seller as "literally new" and "only used twice" has smaller and bigger scratches all over it. These were not visible in the product photos, and I feel that the seller deliberately advertised it in a misleading way. This condition is not only far from new for a premium fishing tackle product, but would only pass as a Cat C or Cat D item based on it aesthetics. As the packaging was well done, I highly doubt that these damages would be from shipping. I will contact ZenMarket customer support and raise a complaint ticket. |
