Geri Bildirimpackaging, treating a instument like my ishibashi exclusive les paul was top notch i mean when the guitar showed up even tho the outer packing was slightly damaged (a inward dent) the guitar was prisitne and handeled with absolute love and care like no other, zen truly allways and go beyond to care for your product with prisitne care like i cannot thank them enough for brining a climate sensitive fragile guitar like a gibson les paul in prisitne condition even with a damaged outter package and i truly would recommend and higly appraise to anyone thinking of using zenmarket for any high end instruments and you can rest easy cus these guys truly know what it means to ship expensive and fragile instruments, yes they did give me fedex which is a bumer in my country but the packaing even tho was damaged but the les paul was intact clearly show's these guys are absolutely legends, truly thank you zenmarket on my behlaf from brining a dream guitar to my door set in prisitne condition. |

The package itself arrived so quick too, the reinforced protection was so great that there is no dent in the box whatsoever. Would definitely come back and place an order soon!

They are very clear and upfront about fees, and I’ve also got Zen Points from shipping my first parcel, which will help offset the shipping cost for the next parcel. Everything was well packed and arrived safely! |
