Geri BildirimExceptionally well packed! Everything was bought quickly and was carefully packaged, which was extra impressive because I had bought a big lot of something- so there were a lot of items. I had been slightly worried about some mugs I had ordered, but they wrapped them nicely and reinforced the edges of the box so well that they arrived in one piece. Thank you so much! I prefer zenmarket of neokyo, definitely. |

Geri BildirimParcel didn't arrive at time of writing after 3 months. It got somehow stuck in customs despite VAT being paid up front, and the supposed investigation opened by Zenmarket hasn't given any signs of life for over a week now.
Support took multiple back and forth before they acknowledged the information I had provided on first contact as if they were following a script and had ignored the entirety of the ticket aside from some keywords. Honestly, even the ¥500 per-item fee is too expensive for this level of service. |

Geri BildirimCompletely oversized package for the contents. Ended up paying more for shipping than I would have if they had fit the items into a box half the size. |

Geri BildirimWhile items were well packed, Fedex charged me for an extra "handling fee" despite all VAT being paid up front.
Contacting Zenmarket support ended up with me being told to just talk it out with Fedex. Avoid using the Fedex option if at all possible. |
