Geri BildirimThe service fee is too expensive now, especially when other sites are still 300 yen. Compared to the price, the service is not even that good. Customer support is inconsistent, once I received 3 different responses from 3 different staffs on why my item couldn't be purchased, items take way too long to be packed and it also takes an unreasonably long time to adjust shipping methods (at least a few days). Zenmarket used to be good but it has fallen off, the only beneficial and unique factor left about this website is the credit limit. I used to love this site but now I'm never going to use it again |

Geri BildirimIncredible packing, every single item (phone) was wrapped carefully by hand and with enough protection. The parcel arrived quickly to the US (2 days) thanks to UPS!
Everything arrived just as I expected. Will continue to use Zenmarket to import phones. |
