Geri Bildirim1. Item was added in the cart on 23/Jun and was confirmed within 30mins for purchase. However, after making payment & placing the order , it took approx 2 days to complete the purchase.
2. Items received in warehouse on 28/Jun. However, able get the item shipped only on 2/Jul due to communication / confirmation in between.
If the above two points are addressed, Zenmarket is the best platform among the ones we use.
Have a suggestion to avoid this delay & will write in the messages section. |

Geri BildirimItem weight much heavier and box was unreasonably big compare to content. keep reminding I need to instruct and pay repacking fee when the weight is 2kg heavier compare to original weight. |
