Geri BildirimWhile I was lucky for my model to arrive in good conditions, the shipping box was significantly crushed. I requested additional reinforcement and double packaging for my parcel (offered to pay for all additional costs), due to the many issues with the handling of my packages by the logistics companies and was expecting to receive a shipping box fitted with cardboard edge guards, which it wasn't. I thought that additional reinforcement was referring to the edge guards and apparently is not. Maybe Zenmarket should state this in the details link, at the "additional reinforcement" option. |

Geri BildirimOverall my experience was ok at best. Ive had other parcels and this one i had the worst experience with . Tracking was very slow and i paid a bunch of money for it ! Packaging was okay, some items were bent out of shape . |

Although the shipping costs are high in comparison to other services, I would rate the purchasing option as 5 out of 5 stars.
Providing additional cost-effective shipping choices may result in improved ratings from me. However, the selection is restricted to just three services. FedEx used to be my top service provider, but now they are no longer included in your list for some unknown reason. |
