Geri BildirimThe product had a photo of a broken needle. The claim for deception of the seller was not accepted. I asked to send the product with a broken needle. The head arrived, the needle was lost during packaging of the product. I bought the product as good, received without a needle. Long correspondence with the office did not solve anything. Outraged by the disgraceful attitude to the packaging (the tip of the stylus needle was lost by you) |

I just received this package last week and didn't get a chance until now to write feedback. As this is a reinforced package with fragile goods important to me, it was extra vital to me that it arrived safely, and I emphasized this in a message to your support staff.
Due to my own (later regretted) decision, I did however choose a cheaper shipping option, something I realized I perhaps should have upgraded for reliability. This caused me a little worry.
When I received the package, I found my items packed within several layers of boxes and various packing protection (newspapers, bubblewrap, etc.).
My items inside arrived completely undamaged and safe, despite my concerns about it shipping safely with the cheaper shipping option I chose. However, I need not have been worried, as ZenMarket packed my items very well protected, and despite several weeks of shipping time, I now have my order, completely unharmed.
All this to say, thank you so much for your fantastic and extra-safe reinforced shipping protection! You have once again allowed me to receive my ordered items with no issues, concerns, or hurdles. Keep doing what you do, ZenMarket! |
