Other forwarders have been much less helpful when I've had lost, diverted or returned parcels, much to my consternation. EMS finally got it here fast, so I'm probably just going to keep using it, but I really appreciate the customer service I got. |

Every step was handled meticulously by ZenMarket. All items in my parcel were thoroughly checked for missing pieces as they arrived at their facility. I chose standard shipping, and it arrived to my mail box in less than two weeks. The biggest delay of the two weeks was actually the customs charges. I will have to check my junk email more regularly when I am ordering. My parcel was packed with care and had no damages at all. (No, I am not a bot or an ad; I am just excited for a 'shipping win', for a change) |
