絵本をみながら、日本の伝統的な和菓子、”練りきり”を作って食べることができる体験型絵本です。”練りきり”はただのお菓子ではありません。「練りきりアート」という言葉が存在するほど、芸術的なお菓子で、味だけでなく、見た目も楽しむことができるものです！練りきりは通常、白あんにつなぎの”大和芋”をいれて粘りをだします。弊社では癖のない”もち粉”を使用することで、子供やあんこが苦手な方でも練りきりを美味しく食べてもらえるよう工夫をしております。また、保存料は使っていません。
