Fees are a bit high expecially if you are ordered a lot of small items from the same shop ( my sugestion would be to cut the fee price if the items reach a certain threshold).
Customer support is unfortunally still a problem, as it looks like half the times it seems like they cant understand and adress issues.

Otherwise it was a good experience with zenmarket, though i still hope to see some improvements in certain areas.
