This was not disclosed but ZM insist it was, even though there is literally no mention of it. You get 14 days to make a case, but that's from when the item hits their warehouse. In my case thre item arrived, spent 2 days in their warehouse, took 10 days to ship, then a day for me to collect, then another day for me to get around to the inspection. 90% of the allowance is gone before the box even arrives. How is this fair? Then their staff just say I should have paid for pictures, even though they told me earlier they do not have the skills, expertise, tools, knowledge to look for the problems I mentioned. An utter shambles and tantamount to a scam. Avoid. Penilaian
